The service
Itinera helps you plan, route, and price tours, then export the plan. Projections are estimates to support your decisions, not guarantees of attendance, revenue, or profit.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. One free tour plan is included; additional tours require a paid plan.
Plans and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed on the cadence shown at checkout. In this preview, checkout is simulated and no charge is made. When real billing is enabled, you may cancel at any time and access continues through the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, or upload content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itinera and Artist Influence are not liable for booking, travel, or financial losses arising from tour decisions made with the tool. Always confirm venue terms and costs directly.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
