What we collect
Your account email, the tour plans you create (cities, venues, dates, budget inputs), and any analytics screenshots you upload so we can read where your audience is. We do not ask for payment card details in this preview.
How we use it
To build and price your tour plans, power the AI copilot, match venues, and let you export your plan. Screenshots are sent to our AI provider only to extract per-city audience numbers, and are not used to train models.
Third parties we share with
Anthropic (AI copilot and screenshot parsing), Soundcharts (venue data), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
Data retention
Plan data lives in your browser and, once accounts are on our backend, in your account until you delete it. Uploaded screenshots are processed transiently and not stored long term.
Your choices
You can delete your plans and account at any time. For questions or deletion requests, contact us at the address below.
